Library Access Update
Wednesday, November 11th, 2020Beginning on Nov. 22nd, at the beginning of Fall/Thanksgiving break, the Fuqua buildings and the Library facility will only be accessible by Fuqua faculty and staff.
This change in access aligns with directions provided by Fuqua Dean Bill Boulding which state, in part, that Fuqua will not hold any in-person classes or activities at Fuqua after Fall Term 1 exams end on November 21st. Classes from November 30-December 18th will be entirely online.
Since the surveillance COVID testing which permits student access to Fuqua will not be conducted from 11/30 – 12/18, students will not be able to access the Fuqua buildings from November 22nd until baseline testing resumes around the first of the year.
In-person student access to Ford Library will resume in January once baseline testing has resumed, and upon approval by the Fuqua Administration.
Please note that Ford Library’s remote services and research support via chat or email will continue from 11/22 – 12/18, and in a limited way throughout the Winter Break.
