About our program

FCCP is a for-credit course at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in which student teams translate and apply their business skills through a project-based engagement with an external client.

Fuqua has a rich legacy in experiential learning, offering consulting practicum courses to students over the past 30 years and providing more than 500 companies with advisory services. FCCP is the latest iteration of this legacy, combining several former consulting courses into one practicum course so students can access a broad set of project opportunities in one program.

Over 400 students participate in FCCP each year across our MMS, Daytime MBA, and Executive MBA programs. Our students have shared that their biggest FCCP takeaways are building consulting and industry-specific skills, developing client management capabilities, and enhancing their effectiveness in teams.
