Summary: Project 1 – Developed a strategy for a multinational IT services firm to enter a new market by identifying the optimal client segment and identifying specialized partners. Project 2 – Identified high-impact AI use cases within financial crime management for Microsoft Copilot and provided Coforge with recommendations to prioritize these opportunities, supporting consultancy sales growth. Project 3 – Conducted a competitive analysis and strategic assessment for Coforge’s customer service AI solution, identifying key differentiators, enhancing adoption strategies, and refining its positioning to strengthen market competitiveness in AI-driven financial services.
