SJF Portfolio Carbon Model Update
Summary: Developed a framework to measure Scope 4 emissions, along with a Scope 4 Emission model to update calculated emissions impact of for portfolio companies. Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for DG Matrix’s “Power Router” entering the US microgrid <1MW segment, including in-depth market research to identify customer segments, product channels, and potential partners; and B. Evaluate commercial strategies (OEM, licensing, system integration) and identifying a suitable partner ecosystem.
